see cutoff score changes year to year and it depends on some certain factors like questions difficulty level, seat matrix, your choice of stream , category of candidates etc, however last year the qualifying score of sc candidates was,

Both the colleges are premier institutes .Both gives best placement opportunities. If you are doing your mtech just to get a job iitb is the best option . If you focus on becoming a researcher then iisc is the best place. In terms of brand value iisc is higher

  • Chemical: 604
  • Civil: 661
  • CSE: 21

Cut off is different for each branch and the cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty
