As per the eligibility criteria for M.Sc Chemistry at IITs you should have studied Chemistry for three years / six semesters during your Bachelors degree.You should have also studied Mathematics in your 10+2 level to be eligible for the same.

The allotment of seats in IITs are done on the basis of the All India Rank in JEE Advanced. The person has to pass the Architecture Aptitude Test which is conducted only in IITs.

Now, as per the previous years cut-off for various rounds:

Sorry to say but there are no other ways to take admission in IITs or NITs.There are no management quota seats in these colleges as IITs or NITs are the Indias most prestigious colleges for graduation as well as Masters.
