First of all one need to score 75% to get admission in IITs. So if you can get your marksheet before taking admission in the IITs then yes you can get admission. Unless you need to wait for a year.

IIT Hyderabad cutoff goes from 30-37 for obc category last year. IIIT Jabalpur cutoff
