see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some factors like your choice of streams, seat matrix, number of participants etc, however at this score you have decent chances in iit guwahati, iit mandi, anna university, bits, nit suratkhel, jadavpur university.

To get Under Thousand Rank you have to get 300+ in you Jee mains(Considering General).
To get CSE in IIT Kgp you need to get under 200 rank as last year the closing rank was around 202 for cse.
