see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on question level difficulty, seat matrix, number of participants etc. see iit kharagpur, jadavpur university does not allow candidates from electrical background to apply for mtech in VLSI and microelectronics, however at this score you have less chances for iits

Its not possible if you are general/obc candidate for whom rock engg cutoff for  2017-18 is as follows:

general (civil engieering): 712

general (civil engieering): 665

obc (mechanical engieering): 820

obc (mechanical engieering): 800

Hey!

No, you can not attempt IIT-JAM after your 12th class.

Since IIT-JAM exam is conducted by the government for admission to Master's degree, So to attempt IIT-JAM, it is compulsory to have a Bachelor's degree.

You can try it after the completion of your graduation.

Admission to BS courses at IIT is offered on the basis of JEE Advance and not JEE Main at this percentile you will surely qualify for jee advance.
