i did not score 75% in boards but i am in top 20 percentile of my board (ahsec board), am i eligible for iit admission?? (provided i clear my advance exam)

As per the eligibility criteria, you should have got at least 75% marks in 12th or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. So if you are in the top 20 percentile of your board, then you can get admission in IIT.

Based on your percentile score your rank will be somewhere around 5200. It is difficult for me suggest you colleges since you did not mention your caste and homestate quota. Neverthless, you can you can get a seat in these only if you have home state quota available-

hi....im about to appear the iit jam 2020 exam ....im currently in 6th sem bsc maths and i have one backlog from 5th sem and i will get a chance to clear my backlog in july 2020 .....so can i get admission for msc if i score the required marks in jam and i clear my backlog?

see you can certainly apply for iit jam exam, and if you cleared the exam with required score and at the time of counselling you have cleared you previous backlog exam, then you can definitely take admission in iits for m.sc admission. so right now focus on your exam,

For admission in any IIT,the minimum percentage requirements in BE course is 60% and above for general and around 55-58% for OBC, SC, ST.

Admission for BArch/Bplanning in IITs are done on the basis of AAT entrance and not by jee mains paper2.

Using paper 2 one can get into NITs.

But your percentile is not enough to get into NITs for BArch program. You need to have score more than 95 percentile
