Only way by which you can get admission in IITs is thorough JEE mains and then jee advance.

You will be eligible for JEE 2020 if your number of attempts have not crossed 3. If this year you gave JEE for 3rd time then you can give JEE exam next year. You can give JEE Main for 3 years while JEE Advanced for 2 years
