Let me clear the situation.

First of all candidates need to have a minimum of 75% marks(General Category) in class xii cbse board or be in top 20 percentile your class xii.

For SC/ST candidates ,the eligibility criteria is  to secure 65% marks in class xii.

This is possible as another candidate with a higher rank than yours might have opted for the same branch after the results of first mock round, so he/ she might have got that option and you might have got any other option which is less preferred and present
