Congratulations on scoring the same. Crl 14279 is a good rank for sure. Also the category rank is good. But this rank won't be able to get you in the top IITs because they demand crl 7000 maximum. But you have a fair chance to get into any iit
Well, firstly congratulations for a decent rank in JEE advanced.
Though it would be easier for me to decide, if you had told your category rank. So, still I'm considering you a general category student.
Regarding choices, you have quite few choices in hand

2. ISM Dhanbad
Hello Aspirant, congratulations on your result. You have a good JEE Mains rank, but your JEE Advanced rank won't get you the top IIT's. Although you can try your luck in new IITs you still have to compromise with the branch. My suggestion would be to keep your options open
