Their is no IIT which accepts Jee Mains score. If you want admissions in IITs then, first of all you should qualify Jee Mains exam and then qualify Jee Advance. Their are total 23 IITs in India and each of them accepts Jee Advance score for admission.

First of all, nit's take admission through jee mains and not jee advanced. 

And secondly, 88 percetile is a fair percentile to get into IIT's. It is doubtful whether or not you may be getting into the prestigious IIT's like mumbai or delhi, but you can surely get

First of all for the admission in IITs ; nits ; IIITs ; and GFTI you have secure a minimum percentage criteria in 12 .
I.e
75% marks in 12 th for obc and general category student .
And 65% for sc/ St .

What IIT AND COURSES can I get with EWS RANK in jee advanced is 99.

To claim seat in an iit or nit you have to present your ews certificate during the counselling of josaa but different college have different ews cutoff and seats therefore seats allotment is on the basis of rank not the ews certificate.
