Well I am sorry to say that but with your SC rank of 3502 in JEE Advance , you will not get any seat in any of the IITs. The maximum closing rank for SC category in all the IITs on an average is 2000 as per 2018

Suppose there are 7 rounds in total. You expect your favourable seat in 7th round. If you get a seat in 1st round then you have to go to your nearest NIT or IIT for document verification. You will have three options there, Float, slide and freeze.

Yes you can surely get an IIT. I am not sure about the old 8 IITs but you can get into IITs like IIT dharwad. However, fill the preferences as you want them to be because the counseling process can be really quite unpredictable.
