If you consider last year cutoff's and trend then it will be difficult to get any IIT's with this category rank.

You should drop this year if you really want to enter into IIT. But give your best in the drop year and improve your rank as much

Congratulations as scoring under top 3000 is definitely not an easy task. You definitely worked very hard,I believe.You surely can get some good IIT. Just think of what branch you want to pursue.
