With this rank you cannot get IITs but you can get into one of the NITs.

NIT Delhi-EC Branch is possible. You have to wait till last rounds of counselling.

With JEE ADVANCE RANK ,you can only secure seat in IITs.With this score you ate not elligible for NITs or IIITs.Also chance of getting IITs with this score seems less.You need SC rank under 2k for IITs.

The closing ranks for all the IITs(even the new ones) for OBC category as per last year is below 4000(maximum, the worst case). This year the opening and closing ranks may vary, but not by a large amount(only by 100-500 maximum). So with 5166 OBC rank in JEE
