If you look at the hisorical data of IITs over the years taking admission through JEE ADVANCED, the maximum possible rank for which an SC category student can get IIT Madras ( Chennai) is SC Rank of around 2300-2400

Last year for Mining Machinery Engineering in IIT Dhanbad formerly (Indian School of Mines) the cutoff for SC female quota was 1400 in preparatory rank list. I believe there are several other institutes with better courses and this was maybe the lowest cutoff. So certainly you will get
