Its IIT so of course the placements are very good there ,but you need to make sure that your skills should be amazingly good.In order to do so you need to brush up your skills every day.

Sorry to say you that your question is a bit stupid. This does not make any sense. No institute can guarantee you 100% success rate as IITs have students from different states, different sections of society, etc. This in itself is proof that no institute can give 100%

Just after completion of 7th round, there will be spot round. You can go for that.

It doesn't mean that if you qulaify jee advanced than you will get IITs. There are 10k students who get into IITs and aprox 30k qualify jee advanced. So it means if you qualify jee you may or may not get into IITs. One need to get good ranks

Your rank is quite high and with it you cannot get any NIT college. You can apply you you won't get the seats. So I would suggest you to apply for state government college which accepts jee mains marks or you can also take admission in any good
