Yes there is a horizontal slab of reservation for pwd candidates across all vertical categories of general, obc, sc and st. Also if you come under top 20 percentile of your board then you can very well be selected in JEE Advanced and take admission in any IIT if selected!

As far as IIT Tirupati is concerned, there are following departments for undergraduate studies.

• Computer Science & Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

As of now there is no Electronics and Communication Engineering in IIT Tirupati.

As per as your rank you have very low chances for getting 4 years Btech course. Last year ocean engineering closed around 1800. But your rank is too far below it. So, it seems you have very low chances for getting btech 4 year course.
