Congrats on your score. With a score of 160-170 you can expect a rank of around 3200-4000 which can easily get you an IIT. 

Now all comes down to what branch you would prefer and if you don't have any problem with the new IITS because I feel you will

• Alumni and historical background

In order to clear JEE Advanced you need to score at least 10% marks in every subject, This years paper was of 372 marks

or 124 marks per subject ie; you need at least 12 marks to qualify for rank list.
