The cut-off trends vary each year for JEE Advance. However as you are an SC candidate you can expect the cut-offs to be pretty low for you. If your SCore in JEE Advance is anyway near or above 60-70 marks you can expect to clear the JEE Advance

Rank is what matters to get admission in IIT, according previous years rank vs marks analysis below i am mentioning topmost IIT's with their cut off ranks in cse which translates to minimum marks required in jee advance to get into iit

If you appear for the improvement examination then you will have to give the jee advanced examination again to get the seat through this examination. I will suggest you to continue preparing for the jee examination next year also.
