Dear Aspirant,

Yes you can go to the IIT after completing Btech from NIT as for pursuing Mtech you have to go through the entrance exam GATE and if you score well which you will then you will get a seat for Mtech in IIT.

I have given her main and I got 82.78% I belong to OBC category . will I get any NIT or IIT under jee main?If yes then which branch?

Even if you belong to OBC category, then also getting 82+ percentile in JEE mains will give you a rank more than 150k in CRL list. With this rank, you won't be able to get in any NIT even the new ones with non core branches.

Hi Vini,

You have a pretty good rank. Since you belong to reserved  category, you have greater chances. At this rank, you can easily get into NITs but you can get into IIT only if you are selected and qualify in JEE Advanced.

Why you are so much confused about your career.If you really wanted to be an IITian then there was no point to study class 12 with "ARTs" stream.
