You are also not eligible to appear for JEE advanced as you have not cleared JEE MAINS

Few old IIT's have provision of interviews and few of them don't have. IIT Delhi , IIT Bombay , IIT Kanpur take interviews every year (IITB and IITD take direct addmision also for top 50-100 AIR's) but IIT's like IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras , IIT Guwahati don't conduct interviews
