The admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. For IITs JEE Advanced score is taken into consideration while for other institutes, JEE Mains. You have to register in the JoSAA website for seat allotment. The procedure starts by second week of June.

If you look at the admission through B.Arch examination (JEE-MAINS PAPER- 2) , you can only get admission in the NITs and some other government funded technical institutions. IITs solely take their admission through JEE-ADVANCED and not JEE Mains Paper 2. Hope this helps.

If you're interested in CSE then go with IIT Indore CS. It is really good in terms of placement and opportunities. MnC involves a higher level of mathematics and computer science. So, go with it only if you're interested in mathematics.

If you are concerned whether to pick between IIEST Shibpur or IIT(ISM) DHANBAD, I'd suggest you should have mentioned your alloted department in respective colleges to get a better idea of the situation. However, I'd suggest for similar departments, you should go for IIT(ISM) Dhanbad.
