According to NTA sc student can secure minimum 65% in state board to admission in nit and iit than say me it was pcm percentage or all over.

Hello Parmar,
It is only the aggregate marks of PCM. Optional subjects such as languages should not be included. You must only the take the marks of PCM and the percentage should be above 65% to get into NIT and IIT colleges.
