To get into IIT you need JEE Advanced. For NIT Mains is enough. The admission occurs through JoSAA which is seat allocation authority. The procedure starts around first week of June. There is publication of rank list based on which the admission occurs. You can check for more details

2.iit indore(3071 closing rank)

3.ism dhanbad(5821 closing rank)

4.iit bhubaneshwar

so you should go with iit indore and hyderabad as they are good placement wise,crowdwise and also location wise.
