Hi can you specify your preferred course in B. tech. The cutoffs differ for various courses.

As per the information provided by you in the query you SE to be eligible for Admission to IITs. But for that you will have to go though JEE advance first and score good in it in order to secure a seat in desired College with desired branch.

As per your requirement, i would say that  as per your markd mentioned above in neet ug exam, you have a lot of chances to get your medical seat as you have many reservation category, so you can avail all of irs benefits and you can get your seat

You should know that as a general category candidate you need atleast 75% marks in your boards whereas if you are SC/ST category candidate then you wil be eligible for exam with atleast 65% marks .
