You can't get an admisson if you haven't qualified the JEE Advance with a good score. As per the score you have said, it won't be even possible to get a NIT college or IIIT. Better to look for private college and take an admission through counselling for which

Sorry aspirant but according to your percentile there is no chance if your category is general because for general category cut is approximate is 89percentile ,for obc category cut off is also 78percentile and if you are from general and obc category so  you are not qualified in jee mains

No there is no way to change his/her marks in current year.

He / she has a option that ; to give boards exam in next year again ( improvement exam ) along with jee mains and advanced.
