it depends on the rank not on the marks as the paer difficulty level changes every year. however 100 marks in jee advanced 2018 along with st category gave the students cse in an IIT. you can check the closing rank of cse in various IITs at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/iits-cutoff-for-b-tech-computer-science-and-engineering

Sorry but you can't apply for IIT barch because one needs to give Jee Mains paper 1 and qualify for Jee Advanced and then clear Jee Advanced and also clearJee Main Papaer 2 Barch and then apply for AAT nad qualify it.
