If you have mistake in your name in the card and there is 2 different name on the 2 cards then yes you have to face some problems regarding that and even you can be rejected in extreme case so you should correct your name on the both

Admission to NIT and IIT depends not only on your rank but also your class 12 score ,for SC category it must be 65%. If interested in B.Arch then you need to have 50% in PCM and 50% overall.

Further for admission to IIT,you will have to appear in JEE

JEE Main 2019 qualifying cutoff is 89.7548849 as General Category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible to apply for JEE Advance.
