JEE Main 2019 qualifying cutoff is 89.7548849 as General Category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible to apply for JEE Advance.

With a rank of 36000, and even from a girl category, there is a slightly fair possibility that you would be able to get a seat in the IIT's.I would recommend to make a list of IIT's you want to apply to and email them your score.
