Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad
Hi Vaidesh,
Although it dpeends on your area of interest, I would suggest you to ahead with CSE because it has a greater scope than Civil unless you wish to join government jobs.
CSE in JNTU is very good and if you follow: https://www.careers360.com/colleges/jntuh-college-of-engineering-hyderabad/placement
you will find that CSE placement is almost 100% while that of Civil is around 60%.
Also the median package is around 6lpa which is geniunely good.
It ultimately depends upon you and your dedication which will bring you success not just which stream you take.

Hope this helps!
Hello,
IIT Bhubaneshwar is better in campus as compare to IIT Hyderabad. But the placements are better in IIT Hyderabad. IIT Hyderabad is the best among the new IITs in India.
The choose over the branch must be according to your area of interest. If you are interested in CSE go for it otherwise choose Mathematics and Computing .
For more information go through the link given below:-

Hello. IIT Hyderabad holds a great reputation in regards to its teaching methods, infrastructure, quality of professors and placement.
The question arises is which stream is better, Electrical or CSE. The best ans to this is which more ignites you as per your interest, for what you are passionate about, that's the path you must choose.
As per my considerations, CSE holds a bright future in every field. The placement stat in IIT Hyderabad for CSE is quite high and enriching. You can see very big companies such as Infosys, TCS, Amazon picking bright students. So, everything just depends on your choice.
No branch is comparable as far as you pick what you are most interested in.
Hope that helps!
Mathematics and Computing is a very interesting and upcoming course which is a sweet mixture of coding, DSA, finance and Linear algebra.
Excellent placement(comparable to CSE slightly inferior): I believe that currently finance firms and banks haven't tapped into the latent potential of this branch. Placement avenues might grow when banking firms start recruiting from here. The SDE placements of maths and computing are good too but SDE firms usually see it as a second alternative to hiring a CSE student. But with good internship and good CGPA, a 20L+ package isn't a tough nut to crack.
Good masters opportunities(better than cse): For a student planning to go for masters abroad this branch is a dream branch. Not only are your chances for getting into masters better than other branches. A student can modify his resume by doing internships and taking electives and potentially open up a masters admit in CSE, data science, finance and mathematics.
Hope this helps you.
Best of luck!
Hi Aspirant,
Comparision of Higher Institutions is not such a good thing as each institution has it's prime importance but coming to placements & researches only we can do a comparision as you have asked about two institutions which are performing well in both areas but you can go with JNTUH CSE if you have programming skills well and your passion is with Software employee or if you want to earn more money with your better skill then choose IITH as Civil with best palns you execute you will have better opportunities
IIT is a brand where as JNTUH also remarkable University with numerous placements.

Hi Kumara,
See, as per the previous year cutoffs of JEE Advanced for IIT Hyderabad, you are required to get OBC category rank above AIR 287 if you are male and above AIR 521 if you are a female aspirant.
Now, to get this much rank, you have to score more than 200 marks in JEE Advanced 2020 examination. Please note that I am telling this according to the cutoffs that were in previous years and the marks can change as the number of students appearing and dificulty of exam changes this year. To be safe take a target 220 marks.
