Taking into account the rank that you have secured and assuming the fact that you are a general category candidate, it would be difficult for you to get AI at IIT Hyderabad as AI is one of the most preferred field for making a career in at present.

As for whether it is a good option, then yes it is a very good option if you want to go into the field of Artificial Intelligence and make a career in it.

Ranjan both the institutions are of world class experience level.We cannot compare these both institutions although IIIT Hyderabad is more famous for its high level performance in CSE ,for cse foreign people also come to hire.In other IIT Hyderabad has all the high level brain studying in the best environment in all the branches.You may prefer IIT Hyderabad as compared to IIIT because IIIT focuses more on CSE ,otherwise both are at a great level.    Firstly, let me congrate for your hardwork.Artificial Inteligence is the new branch which is going to be included in the semester syllabus of IIT Hyderabad.AI has been included in very less number of collges.Usually they will be alot of demand for this new branch.Moreover as this is newly introduced in the curriculum probably the number of seats woud be less.Therefore,according to my opinion you barely have chances to get into it.Ofcoarse your score is very appreciable.So better go for the other option.

Now let me give you details about IIT BHU CSE and IITH CSE.

Pros of IIT BHU CSE

New Course Structure - an improved course structure due to efforts of Dr. Rajeev Sangal former director IIITH which lays emphasis on improving knowledge and preparing students to work in industry.

Great Alumni Network- IIT BHU is an institute that was established a 100 yrs back so it has a great alumni network so many companies visit the campus.

Good coding culture -The coding culture in IIT BHU is one of the finest in country .The academic workload is also less as compared to other IIT which provides ample time to improve our coding skills

Codefest-Last year we have restarted our departmental fest i.e Codefest . It includes events from various domains of computer science like Machine Learning,Artificial Intelligence etc.which opens students mind towards various which are otherwise introduced very late in course curriculum.

Cons

Infrastructure- Actually the infrastructure is one which is not up to the mark as compared to other IIT's

Old professors- The professors that were recruited before Dr. Sangal took the charge are not up to the mark.

Now about IITH CSE as I have heard and read

Pros

Vicinity to IT hub-The IITH is located in Hyderabad which is the it hub which leads to organising of hackathons and more startup companies visiting the campus.

Flexible Course Structure - The IIT H course structure allows you to choose subjects you want to study.
