Yes, IITH is Possible Coz Last year Cutoff for VLSI was 529 and Difference would be around 10-15 Marks by Next year.

conglratulations, for you result but in general to get into IITs, the normal cutoff is around 650-700 GATE score (could be a bit higher too sometimes). you should try for lower IIT'S like IIT BHU  and attend the selection procedure you may get called for admission in later rounds.

you have not mentioned your category of gate score. i am giving the details of 2018 category wise cuttoff. hope this will help you.
