See the answer will be on my personal opinion. All this universities that you mentioned are great, renowned and far better than many of the other institutions. Still if you would like to compare the better in the 3, I'll find IIT (ISM) Dhanbad to be better and top than the other two. 

Well, before doing any comparisons I would like to tell more about the legacy institute.

1. It is a world renowned institution and is ranked 24th by QS world rankings-mineral and mining of 2017.
2. Internationally ranked 201-250 among BRICS nations in QS world rankings of 2016.
3. It was named to become the part of Mars Orbiter Mission by ISRO.
4. The institute has found the largest manganese ore deposit in India worth Rs 36000 crores.
5. It has many other innumerable achievements every now and then making a great impact. 

So at the end decision is upto you.

           According to NIRF rankings, ISM Dhanbad is a better option compared to the others. Followed by IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Bhubaneshwar and IIt Ropar. If you have a rank to get CSE in ISM Dhanbad, then you do have a good chance to get other branches in other top IITs like Kharagpur, Kanpur etc. All the best

2.iit indore(3071 closing rank)

3.ism dhanbad(5821 closing rank)

4.iit bhubaneshwar

so you should go with iit indore and hyderabad as they are good placement wise,crowdwise and also location wise.

                 You first need to see what you want to do after you complete the course if you want to get a job directly after completing your job then IIT Bombay is the best choice and computer Science is also a good choice . Computer Science is a couse in demang and will benfit you .

First of all the IITs that you have written in the question are good .The main doubt is branch selection which totally depends on your interest.So first of all go through your interest and think about it that in which department you are more interested.According to my opinion you should go :

1-ISM DHANBAD(Computer Science)

2:IIT BHU(Electrical)

3:IIT KANPUR(Economics)

4:IIT BOMBAY(Metallurgy)

Well brother IIT dhanbhad, being an oldest institute offering coal mining and petroleum drilling to engineering undergrads.

It has a huge Alma mater in these domains. Having Alumini's in the most senoir post of IOCL, BHEL and NTCL maharatna PSU. Also many alumni are well placed in Singapore and Europe.

So with this regards, majorly all the students get placed at ISM Dhanbhad

Average CTC (package) - 7 LPA per annum.

The average package in departments like Mining Engineering in IITs lie in and around a range of 8-9 LPA 

The highest package can go upto 13-14LPA and the lowest can come down to 3-4LPA as well. In this range the packages of Mining Engineering lies.

In terms of college, NIT Warangal stood far better then ISM Dhanbad or IIT Gandhinagar. 

But the feild which you opting has alomst nil scope in industrial recreuitment domain. Though it opens a bright prospects for research which too you'll find lack of guidance if you are studying in India. 

Also in your third choice their is no brach like wre, try to provide/use the whole name of the branch. So I'm assuming you are talking about material science engineering.

IIT Gandhinagar MSE > NIT Warangal Geo Tech > IIT Dhanbad Earhtquake

Though the final and most crucial decision is always your's
