Jee mains score can only get you trough the NIT's or other GFI's,you need to clear JEE advance in order to get into an IIT. Though getting into an IIT also depends on your rank.Do prepare and score well.

As there are only 2 IITs which offer B.Arch program (IIT KHARAGPUR & ROORKEE) so to secure seat in these institutes you will have to clear Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) and the aspirants who have secured a rank in JEE (Advanced) are eligible to sit for AAT so in order
yes you can get admission in the following iit colleges
1.IIT roorkee
2.IIT gandhi nagar
3.IIT madras
you can also apply for warangal,if not then tyou can also opt for NIT's as well.They are also good if you won't get any IIT colleges.
