IIT Indore offers PhD and MSc programs in Astronomy & Astrophysics, and a minor program in Astronomy for B. Tech students. Unfortunately no BSc program is there for Astrophysics or Astronomy yet.
Alternatively, you can try for B. Tech in Engineering Physics from any of the IIT’s or IIT
Yes, there's LAN connectivity in each room.
You can also access the institute wifi everywhere there's no limit on usage.
