CSE branch in both the colleges are very good but it is better in IIT Jodhpur. Almost 80% students got placed from CSE branch. The average salary package was 15 LPA. see both of the course is different and has equal opportunity in market, IITS, nits  has excellent placement records and you would surely has excellent course curriculum, different opportunities while studying. now computer science mostly deals with logic's and reasoning, mathematics, programming languages. where electrical engineering has most topics related with physics, mathematics , electronics and semiconductor, electromagnetic theory.

so you have to choose which course Interest you the most and select accordingly.
