see both of the course is different and has equal opportunity in market, IITS, nits  has excellent placement records and you would surely has excellent course curriculum, different opportunities while studying. now computer science mostly deals with logic's and reasoning, mathematics, programming languages. where electrical engineering has most topics related with physics, mathematics , electronics and semiconductor, electromagnetic theory.

so you have to choose which course Interest you the most and select accordingly.

First of all Congratulations for qualifying GATE. Now come to collage IIT Jodhpur has good placement record and you obtain one tag mark "IITan" then come to NIT surat and Surathkal. that preference is according to placement .

But as far as your question is considered and you are looking for an answer than I would suggest you to choose MBA over anything else as this will give you the  best result and best outcome possible.

National Institute of Technology, Trichy has an average placement record of MBA with highest being offered 12 lakhs per annum and average 7 lakhs per annum and NIT Trichy has is a reputed government college with excellent infrastructure and good academic environment.

In IIT Jodhpur, Master of Business Administration (MBA) have been introduced recently and so MBA side isn't' much established but it is expected to have a good record. So NIT Trichy would be better in comparison to IIT Jodhpur.

You may hustle to get better colleges like IIMs' of old IIT's for MBA, all the best.

As IIT jodhpur has just started the MBA program from 2020 the cut offs will be 80+ for getting a call, followed by GDPI. As you've scored 88, that's fair enough to get a call.

Admission has 2 steps process:

(1) Shortlisting, for an online PI, based on the percentile of candidates in the CAT conducted by IIMs
(2) Final list for admission based on 80% (CAT Score) + 15 % (Interview) + 5% (work experience)

(However a student with 98+ percentile in Cat gets direct admission)
