If you want to join colleges out of them I'll suggest iit dhanbaad out of them for cse. It has got a well structured atmosphere for cse. You will find advanced coder both in professors and in students. But other iits mentioned is also good it's your choice

It will not affect much if you have filled your correct name and all other details. If asked by IIT Patna officials show them the transaction id if SBI Collect and also your personal ID and say to them that you have filled your birthdate wrong by mistake.
