what is minimum rank for securing spot in IIT Patna and NIT Patna?

If you want to secure a minimum mark to secure to get into NIT, Patna that is approx 150 out of 360. But, it's procedure has been changed already because national council has decided that admission will be done through the entrance exam of NTA that is known as National Testing Agency.

In IIT patna admission is done through jee advanced and there is no spot round admission in them. For last few year trend if you are from general category than you can get admission for AIR 8000 in chemical engineering which is last.
