57.23 for general , 51.62 for obc , 38.51 for SC , and 39.3 for st.
The cutoffs vary every year depending on the toughness of the paper and the number of stufestu giving the exam but expect the average cutoffs to be around this value.

Seeing the previous year trends it seems easy.
Like in 2017, the cut off for the general students was 47.5 , similarly it is likely to be around this only.

47.5 was for main discipline and for allied discipline it is64.5 in 2017.
Hi ! Let me be honest with you. Thinking of IIT Bombay or IIT Roorkee or getting into them is not a cup of tea. So leave the hope of them unless and until vacancy helps you. Now speaking about the other colleges, you might get them in 2nd round or 3rd round. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

Both these colleges are excellent colleges and you will near get the same facilities on both the campus. So as far as college is concerned you need not worry about going for a wrong choice.
As far as the branch is concerned both EE and EEE have a lot of similarities but EEE involves more Electronics.
Because you have mentioned that Electronics interests you more going for EEE is not a bad choice.
