The Mtech counselling of IITs have started and round 2 is completed.
There are total 7 rounds and you have to wait the coming rounds.
Last yera 37 marks was the cutoff for CE under SC category.

For getting selected in the prestigious IIT's, you require following qualifications
1. Among the top 20%ile in your respective X11th board.
2. Qualified JEE mains.
3. Qualified JEE advanced and should have a considerable rank within your category to expect a seat at IIT's

Looking at the past trends and veiws of my collegues reagrds IIT R, it has loosing it's sheel and that's why it's ranking is genting worsen year by year.
Hence you can expect a seat at EC or EE branch within 400 SC rank. But I would like to recommend

My CRL in JEE advanced was 10.3k with a score of 178/372 ie 48.6%.

Hi Akshita, To pursue Msc in Economics from IIT Roorkee, one has to give JAM Mathematics Paper. There is no Interview round, selection happens on the basis of rank obtained in the JAM MA exam.
