1) Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee B.Tech. - Bio Technology (4 years) - B.Tech. + M.Tech. - Biological Engineering (5 years)
2) Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad - B.Tech. - Engineering

As for your question, you have a good chance of being selected for admission in IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur the chance for electrical is lesser. Also, you might be able to get IIT Bombay as its Electrical Engineering is slightly less preferred in comparison to Kanpur.

There are decent chances of getting a seat in M.tech in above colleges,till now you have not been called because most of the higher marks candidate have already reserved the seat,they may go for PSUs and PSUs result are out mostly in july ,so then they will leave
