Yes, IIT Roorkee will recruit students fir admission in Msc biotechnology, but to take admission you have to give IIT JAM.and need to score good marks.

IIT JAM registration forms will be available in mid April (15-20th April) for admission process.after that they will publish the admission list.

see cutoff score fluctuate every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, students category, choice of stream, seat matrix and so on. cutoff score is given to analyse the candidates marks and application for any current year, in case sc category students gate overall score

Yes, assuming you are from General Category, with a great academic record in school, having a 7.5+ GPA from an Old IIT, having a CAT Percentile Score of 99.7+ you have fair chances in securing a Call from atleast 3 of the Top 6 IIMs, IIM ABCLKI.
