Yes. You are enough eligible to apply for Indian navy or Merchant navy. The minimum qualification required by you to get into it is passing class 12th with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as major subjects.

The candidates who have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2018, 2019 or appearing in 2020 irrespective of their age will be able to appear for JEE Main examination 2020. Since you have completed your 12th in 2013,you will not meet the eligibility criteria.All the best for your future endeavors!!

You can pursue B.Sc mathematics if you want to get entry in Indian Navy through Combined Defence Service (CDS).You can also pursue B.tech, if you have graduation in B.tech then you can go through INET.Each exam has different eligibility criteria.Also there will be age limit completing your graduation
