Yes, you need to add your practical marks with your theory/subject marks to get total score out of 100 in a particular subject in 12th class. You can also check your 12th class scoresheet, there must be a column of theory, column of practical marks and then the addition

To become Navy officer you have to clear CDS exam conducted by UPSC. This exam happens twice a year (June and December). Here officer gets appointed as a permanently commissioned (PC) officer or as a  Short Service Commission (SSC) officer.

Yes , you can serve under SSC Logistics Cadre.A PG diploma in finance/logistics/supplychain management or material management to become eligible to serve under this branch will be beneficial.
