I am extremely sorry to tell you but if you are asking about IGNOU then it doesn't provide BA llb course. IGNOU does have school of Law (SOL) which was established in the year 2005 with an objective of imparting legal education through Open and Distance Learning

If it's written recognized university, then definitely you're eligible as IGNOU is a recognized university in itself and not only admission all over India but even for Government job exams, IGNOU degrees are valid. Only, in case a university or any entrance exams makes it mandatory to not allow
