Since you have secured a good rank in IPU CET and will get a good collge in BHM but since you have not metioned your domicile in your question it becomes hard to give you a proper answer regarding to your problem but I am sharing a link

As far as my knowledge about IPU CET is concerned it is almost not possible for anyone to change the course for which he has especially applied after the examination, as the score and rank we get after an examination is exclusively for the course we have applied for.
