Thanks for your query! The cutoffs for outside Delhi are usually very high in GGSIPU and  at a rank of 10k it becomes very difficult to secure a seat but you can surely go for all the further counselling rounds.

Since you have not mentioned your domicile therefore, I am assuming your domicile to be Delhi General then according to your rank you can easily get a good college affiliated to IPU with your preferred stream and will surely get a call for councelling
