Yes, students from outside Delhi can apply for IPU CET for engineering courses. But mostly, admission in B.Tech is done through JEE Main scores, not IPU CET. For some courses like B.Tech Biotechnology, IPU CET is needed. You should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths and scored at least 55% marks. There are also some reserved seats for outside Delhi students. Keep an eye on counselling and seat allotment.

Guru govind singh indraprastha University conducts IPU CET every year for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs which includes engineering, medical, dental, law and Management and not only for engineering.

The candidate can fill IPU CET 2022 application form for more than one courses by filling multiple forms separately and all this process will be done online only and there is no need to send the hard copy of the filled forms to the the supposed University.

As of now information IPU CET 2022 application form will be released from 4th March 2022 through the online mode. The exam will be conducted for the candidates who are Aspiring to take admission in various offered programs of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and by this examination the candidate can take admission in various programs offered into it.

Talking about the last date of application submission of B tech programme then it is first week of May 2022 and the exam will be held in the next 2nd week of May 2022 with the result declaration during the end of May 2022.

From your profile it seems you're an engineering aspirant, see admission to BTech programs in GGSIPU is based on JEE Main rank/score of paper 1 ,  only in case of BTech lateral entry for diploma holders, BSc Graduates and BTech Biotechnology, the university conducts its own entrance tests, the eligibility criteria for BTech Biotechnology is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with PCM and Biology/Biotechnology securing 55% marks and also should have studied English, check out last year information bulletin at http://www.ipu.ac.in/Pubinfo2020/adminfo100621.pdf

You are required to visit the official website and fill in the application form for admission into various courses by the 4 th week of July, 2022. If you are planning to get admission in B.Tech and Medical courses must have appeared for JEE Main and NEET.

As per your IPU CET BCA rank, assuming OPEN category  and Delhi Inside candidate(according to your user location) .. you have less chances to get any BCA college on the basis of 2020 cut off .

The min rank for OPEN category[Inside Delhi] was approved is 4946 by  United College of Education .

Well, the cut off may change every year on the basis of some unavoidable factors like seat availability , difficulty level of question etc.
