You have not mentioned whether you belong to the Delhi region or outside Delhi region. This makes a huge difference in the cut off and also the cut off lists of them both are prepared separately. And please mention your category too.

Dear candidate your chances for getting a college is quite low,you can get college in spot round but its not necessary. If you're a category student then you can get college.
You're rank must be below 14000 then you can get college in 3rd round.

You have got a good rank. According to your rank, you can get Bhagwan Parshuram College, Northern India engineering college, Delhi technical campus, amity school of engineering and technology and many other that too CSE branch and in first preference.
