see if you are currently in 12th course and would appear in 12th exam this year, i.e 2021 then you are eligible to apply for IPU cet bba exam which conducts by guru govind singh  indraprastha university delhi.  eligibility criteria is candidate must complete 10+2  course or  equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed English  as a subject. follow careers360 article of ipucet bba exam to know in details:

IPU CET means Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test. This test is Conducted by Indraprastha University authority to offer Admission into various colleges of Indraprastha University.

Army College of Medical College is a Medical College in New Delhi. You must appear for NEET UG in order to take admission into this college. And IPU CET score is not helpful at all.

I hope you are doing good. I would glad  to inform you that guru gobind singh university is situated in delhi which is north india only so all of its college are in north india only . Their are many great colleges for engineering which do holds average package of above 6 lakhs .Some of which are

1.University school of information studies

2.Maharaja agarsen insitute of technology

3.Bharti vidyapeeth college of engineering

4. Maharaja surajmal insitute of technology

But demand of these colleges are increased very high in recent years so you have to work reallly hard if your from outside delhi because 85 percent of seats are resserved for delhi students only
