You may have some slim chances of getting the MSc in Environment Management. The rank of 65 in IPUCET is perhaps not that bad.

In Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, the number of seats available for Masters in Science in Environment Management is only 25. The only way possible is through some sort of reservation if available in IPU. If some one vacates the seat and again a second list of candidates is taken out by the University, then also you may have some chances of getting admission in the institute. I don't see if you have any other option in this regard right now.

If you want to pursue your post graduation from other colleges from Outer Delhi or any other region, still you need to a secure a very good rank in that Institute's entrance test as well. You need to be one of the best rank holders there too. Only then you can have some real good chances of making into that college irrespective of that region. Since you have got 107 rank in IPU CET in MA Economics, according to last year cut off for outside delhi region (general) the last rank whose selection get confirmed is 92nd rank, and for oustside delhi (general ews) the last rank whose selection get confirmed is 155th rank, and for outside delhi (schedule caste) the closing rank was 184.

Congrats your rank is good.Yes you can get a seat in college.

This year the minimum cut off of the BJMC is just 50%. So according to that make sure that your rank should be more than 50% to get admission.

Since you didn't mention your category so I assume you to be a general category student .And the rank you secured is a decent rank and with this you can take admission in decent colleges.

You can very easily get admission at both the places in the sliding round. Now it is totally going to be on your preference that which college do you want. Even if you are not convinced at sliding round then you always have an option of spot round counselling and if even that is something you miss, then you can always opt for management quota. But do remember that seats in management quota are very limited.

By giving IPU CET you can apply to all the colleges that come under IP University. However, the cut off for each college hasn't been mentioned yet, but looking at previous years' scenario you may get:

Judging from past trends (2019,18) of sliding rounds I would say you have a good fighting chance to get admission in all 4 of the above mentioned colleges, as for on spot admission since they depend on:

- first comes first serve

-last minute notice

-availability of seats

so I would not recommend waiting and putting more faith than necessary on those factors but it is very possible for you to get admission through your rank. nevertheless, have good back up plans ready.
